Our approach

Atlas Youth AI is built on understanding over restriction. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising on your family's activity, and we do not build psychological profiles of children. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers (e.g., Google or Apple sign-in).
  • Profile data: non-identifying information you provide about your child (e.g., age range, interests).
  • Connected sources: aggregated, theme-level signals from platforms you choose to connect. We do not store private messages or raw transcripts.
  • Usage data: basic analytics (pages viewed, errors) to improve the product.

How we use data

  • To provide insights and conversation prompts to parents.
  • To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
  • To improve the product and fix bugs.

We never sell personal data, and we never use children's data for advertising or third-party profiling.

Data sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (e.g., hosting, authentication, AI processing) under strict data-processing agreements. We disclose information when required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@atlasyouth.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Atlas Youth AI is intended for use by parents and guardians. Children do not create accounts. Insights about minors are derived from aggregated themes, never raw conversations.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — we'll notify affected users promptly in the event of a breach.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice.
